We are committed to investing in our staff - and have a staff charter and career progression document which outlines what staff can expect from school leaders.
We gain a number of excellent applications for vacancies in both of our schools. As the schools are both relatively small, unfortunately we cannot always make jobs available to all excellent applicants. We therefore invite applicants who are unsuccessful to remain on our talent pool. If another, similar, or relevant, vacancy comes up in school, we will contact those in our talent pool to encourage them to make an application.
